Assignment Structure and submission guidelines:
In this assignment you will be reflecting on your experience working in the industry or experience in activities.Reflective writing is quite effective in thinking about the connection between theory and practice. There are manyreflective frameworks based on the field and the type of reflections (for example, industry placements, group based reflection, learning experiences, work experiences). In this report, you can focus on your industryexperience over the past five (5) years and write this journal. If you do not have industry experience of five (5)years and above, you can consider your past five (5) years of activities such as study, voluntary work, short termwork etc. The reflective journal should be 2 pages in length. For privacy reasons, you do not have to disclose youremployment details, address, or organization you work for, instead you can provide a generic description of yourrole and the type of organization you work for.
Consider the following points to be included in your reflective journal appropriately based on your experience orfuture:

Assignment 1 - ICT Organisations and Society
1. Introduction
In this project, the allocations are taking some affirmation in order to estimate some leadership skills toward industrial success. As the allowance is managing the overall system with the help of some useful information, various terms are taking charge to assess the overall process.
2. Reflection on the process
The introductory segment discusses various consequences according to managing the process with extra effectiveness and maintenance process as well [1]. Creating some affirmations throughout the processes is managing to get into some reflective allowance that can manage the whole decorum with additional management evaluating factors.

All the management issues are getting basic allocations in terms of getting various values to consider at some stage that is helping the process to endure the value of the overall process [2]. Getting the roots of the assessment is generally getting looked after in the process to ensure the values in order to manage the estimations that can measure the outcomes as well, few aspects are needed to consider which are provided in the following.

3. Past experiences in the industry
The ICT sectors generally include some affirmative terms that take the technological assessments in them and make the process more achievable. I had some efficient deliverables that can endure the overall process with various responsive elements in hand. Taking some affirmative terms which can greatly assess the project I had done full fetched execution of the entire process. I am designing an appropriate design to be more efficient in the project as well. For managing the communication part in Greater Dispersion of economic activity, estimating and impacting full informative communication technology in different aspects of development and growth I have achieved some meaningful importance for ICT. For discussing the authentication methods, I used some reflective Technology for a wide range of services and transactions such as online banking and online services provided by the industry where I had worked for the past 5 years. Although economic development presents the topic that can be a big amount of digital data it can multifaceted phenomenon that represents a major challenge for software producers. I had a deep focus on every property rights violation and established measures to effectively assess each understanding.
However, the process that requires deep understanding and accurate research designs in the industry in which I had worked had a profound focus on economic development which may include the intention to build a healthy behaviour relationship with customers and clients. The ICT progress can make the availability in a huge amount for informative and Technological aspects. Managing the reduced amount of consequences, the exploratory research background can be a great help for security purposes. The industry in which I had worked also managed a deep focus on software development which can endure the process with accounting and business management as well. Future research in each area that can influence technological innovation has been a greater help to sending some effective deliverables in the workflow.
4. Conclusion
Getting various terms to estimate some allowances are generally creating some assisting individuals which can deal with the overall process. The project has managed to provide some profound techniques that the processes are lying into. Various terms that are taking ethically assessed consideration are generally creating some aspects.
