The company therefore uses these new age communication techniques to direct and control its associates and employees to take appropriate actions as per the guidelines of the high level management. Thus the communication tools help the company to manage its three thousand stores across Australia and direct its associates where its products are sold under different brands. On the other hand, ABC tissues Products Company use these communication techniques to effectively manage its business in Australia and New Zealand. Therefore the company uses these methods to direct its employees 586 employees in Australia and New Zealand.

As a management consultant to advise the organization on the most cost effective and most suitable recommendations addressing the organization particular needs includes the followings.

a. Woolworth:

The company has its area of operation spread over Australia, New Zealand and various other countries in Asia. Hence the company needs to develop an enhanced method of communicating with its employees and business associates in the domestic as well as overseas boundaries. The use of computer and laptops has been declining over time. The main reason is that these equipment’s can be established at on particular place and requires various pre-requisites such as space, light, electricity, knowledge to the user etc. Hence this method of communicating has been speedily becoming obsolete. The latest method that can be suggested is use of mobile applications. The mobile phone is present in every body’s pocket. Therefore it is rather easier to reach out to a person through mobile phones than computers, internet and other methods.
